Medical procedures possible with the Synchro FT neodymium laser
With additional equipment, the Synchro FT device is effectively used for the following medical procedures:
– Elimination of vascular pathologies.
Laser exposure to venous and arterial formations stimulates intravascular coagulation, as a result of which the vessels are “sealed” from the inside. Therefore, the neodymium laser beam with a long pulse permanently eliminates even deeply located foci of pathology.
– Laser non-ablative skin rejuvenation. The effect of the neodymium laser on the skin activates the formation of a new collagen-elastic framework that replaces old fibers. This process stimulates the activity of fibroblasts, which contributes to skin rejuvenation and increased local immunity in the treated areas of the body.
– Acne therapy. The neodymium laser destroys the protein shell of pathogenic microflora (infectious agents). There is sterilization of inflamed areas and subsequent elimination of all symptoms of the disease, both external and internal. Thus, having a bactericidal effect, the neodymium laser relieves inflammation of the sebaceous glands at any stage of development.
– Laser and photoepilation. Both methods are aimed at destroying the hair follicle with a laser. Laser hair removal uses laser pulses with a wavelength of 1064 nm. For photoepilation, the system produces light waves in other variable ranges.

Neodymium (Nd: YAG) laser platform Synchro FT (manufacturer DEKA, Italy)
DEKA was the first company in the world to introduce Nd: YAG (neodymium laser) lasers designed specifically for dermatocosmetology in 1998.
The latest Synchro FT system has become the fourth generation of these machines.
The light wave of the laser with a length of 1064 nm is able to penetrate the skin to a depth of up to 4.5 mm – much deeper than the waves of other lasers, such as ruby, alexandrite or conventional diode.
More than 10 years of clinical experience have shown that the Nd: YAG wave with a length of 1064 nm is the safest for all skin phototypes.
Synchro FT consists of two modules: an Nd: YAG laser and an FT photo flash lamp. How we perform the procedure
Naturally, before the procedures, the skin is cleansed.
Then the specialist conducts a very thorough examination of the area of future action in order to select the optimal operating mode of the neodymium laser.
Before the procedure, the skin is anesthetized with special creams or ointments.
Then comes the turn of the procedure itself, during which a directed beam with the desired wavelength has a point effect on problem areas, destroying pigmented or dead cells, hair follicles.
After the procedure, the code is treated with sedatives.
The procedure is repeated until a stable effect appears after a certain period, which is prescribed by the cosmetologist. For example, for perfect hair removal, it may take up to a year of work with an interval of first two, then three months.
Since the neodymium laser does not harm the body, rehabilitation after the procedures is minimal.
